By approving artwork and/or submitting my order I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print exactly as it appears on the proof that I approved, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors. By approving and/or submitting my order to By Design Graphics I agree to By Design Graphics Terms and Conditions set out below.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, our standard design service quotes include delivery and transfer of ownership of Final Deliverables as outlined below in our General Terms and Conditions for Graphic Design Services. Should client require working files (this must be agreed upon before job commencement) an additional fee of 100% of the project cost plus production time to prepare working files for release is required (at standard production hourly rate of $85/hr). Working files are provided as-is with no technical support. Commercial fonts are not included with working files.

It is important to state that any Logos created by By DesignGraphics automatically come with full copyright and ownership at the quoted price. By DesignGraphics will, of course, draft a free comprehensive proposal specific to your project’s needs upon request.

Payments are due on receipt of invoice. We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer. Upon request we can accept credit cards (a 3% fee is required to pay by credit card).
Milestone payments for ongoing projects over 30 days may be billed at our descretion. Milestone payments are incremental: 50% milestone after initial concepts/initial proof is delivered, 75% after revisions have been sent. If a project is on hold for more than 30 days (after initial concepts and/or revisions have been delivered) 100% of the original quote is due.

Since each print order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Print Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify By Design Graphics within 7 business days of receiving order to notify us of any defects discovered in the ordered product failing which Customer is deemed satisfied with the product. Where replacement is appropriate, Customer must first return 100% of the received product within 15 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.

Printed material which need to be refunded must be shipped back to By Design Graphics at customer’s expense. Our quality control department needs to inspect and verify that complaint is valid.

Due to the printing process, screen variations and substrate variances the following conditions are deemed acceptable and are not eligible for return/refund:

• Colour matching is not guaranteed and is not accepted as basis for return or refund.
• Tiled printed panels for tradeshow items may have a variance between tiles of 2-3mm vertically and horizontally, this is considered an acceptable variance for final printed displays and is not accepted as a basis for return or refund.
